Of Demeter-standard, fair traded. The mountain range Sigampatti is the only remaining rain forest on the Indian subcontinent. In 2001 tea plantations were adjusted to the bio-dynamic cultivation of tea and Demeter certified. Power is obtained from 8 wind power stations.

Effect

White tea contains caffeine, which stimulates the micro-circulation and an extremely high content of polyphenols (3x more than in green tea). Polyphenols protect the cells, fight free radicals and allow the skin to regenerate. White tea also slows down the activity of those enzymes which can have a negative effect on collagen production.
